Our new Wellness Area offers experiences, talks and demonstrations to help you improve your health and fitness in many different ways.
Treat yourself to a sports or full body massage, reiki or craniospinal therapy; try a hand massage, an Indian head massage or immerse yourself in a soaking session in our prayer space. Try yoga or mindfulness to reduce those stress levels; learn about optimum nutrition for you and your kids and how herbs can be used for a variety of ailments.
